OMG! I can't believe it took me so long to find, or rather stop by Oliver's. Would always pass it heading to the Mercedes dealership a couple doors over, and decided to give them a try instead. When I say I'm kicking myself for not stopping here years ago! Pierre and his team are absolutely incredible and customer service is A1! They really took care of me. They've gained a new customer in me and will be taking my Mercedes and BMW to them for all my future services and repairs!

I had such an amazing experience at Oliver European Service Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by Pierre he immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Jay handled the service on my vehicle, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The customer service was top-tier, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was handled with professionalism and care. You can tell they truly value their customers and take pride in their work. I don’t wish car trouble on myself at all, but I will say this I actually look forward to coming back because the experience was just that good! If you’re in the area (especially if you drive a European vehicle), do yourself a favor and bring your car here. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Oliver Euro. Pierre was incredibly nice and transparent about everything from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free. I know a lot of Mercedes owners are skeptical about taking their cars anywhere other than the dealership, but you can absolutely trust this place. The quality of service, honesty, and professionalism were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Great staff! Extremely professional! And above all very reasonable price! I had the pleasure to have my cars(a BMW and Mercedes)fixed there, and I must tell you it did not come off short, my decision. Their level of professionalism is very rare, especially on this side of town. I would highly recommend anybody to have their car serviced at Oliver European service center. Their positive attitude had made it much worthwhile!!!
